Estimates & Pricing
Any estimate, quote, or price range provided through this website, by phone, or in person is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of the final price. Final pricing depends on the actual condition of your equipment, parts required, labor, and the scope of work discovered on site. We provide upfront, written pricing for approval before performing work whenever possible. You are responsible for approving the final price before work begins.
Scheduling & Service
We make every effort to arrive within scheduled appointment windows and to complete work promptly. However, appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, emergencies, parts availability, and circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to reschedule or reassign appointments as needed. Emergency and same-day service is offered subject to availability.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service. Maintenance plan memberships are billed as described in the plan you select. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs to the extent permitted by North Carolina law.
Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship and back our service with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Equipment and parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, and labor warranties are provided as described at the time of service. Warranties may be voided by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by others. Specific warranty terms for your job will be provided with your service documentation.
Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to perform service safely and effectively, you agree to provide reasonable access to your property and equipment, accurate information about the issue, and a safe working environment. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information or inaccessible equipment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NC Climate Control's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
